I can't believe it. This is the second week that I'm working on something and it ends up being ideal for Illustration Friday. I'm working on a rather large, complicated piece right now. It's very daunting, so I decided to break it up into pieces and fiddle with it in Photoshop. Here is one small study for my Pixie Garden.
I also had a real "duh" moment this week. While researching mushrooms, I found out that there actually are red mushrooms with white dots. I thought that was something we illustrators created to make it cuter. I really need to get out more!

He he! I didn't know there were mushrooms that were red with white spots either! I always thought they were toadstools! Would love to see the complete pixie garden, good luck with it, if this little study is anything to go by I bet it will be beautiful.
